If user want place on site banner he must register as advertise user. Upload banners with wishes and communicate to admin. In SuperAdmin Module many configuer options thats easy setup. SA create League (boys and girls of the same age as independent participants), LeagueAdmin profile and LA without assistance may manage all events in own league.
